Casa Vista applies the following general terms and conditions. These apply from the moment of booking until the end of your stay at our B&B Casa Vista.
1. General
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of B&B Casa Vista in Canillas De Albaida.
1.2 By confirming a booking, these General Terms and Conditions come into effect.
1.3 Check-in is from 15:00; check-out is until 10:30. Deviations can be made in consultation.
1.4 Late check-out is possible if the room is not reserved on the day of departure. The fee is €20.00. No refunds are given for early departures.
1.5 Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the rooms, including balconies and the patio. Smoking is allowed on the rooftop terrace, but due to fire hazard and hygiene, all smoking waste must be properly extinguished in ashtrays before leaving the area.
1.6 Pets are not allowed.
1.7 Guests may park their cars for free near B&B Casa Vista on Calle Geraneos (where the public swimming pool is). Parking is always at your own risk.
1.8 Guests must have a permanent residence or place of stay.
1.9 Guests are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of property.
1.10 All risks related to staying at our B&B Casa Vista are the responsibility of the guests.
1.11 Any damage or missing movable and immovable property must be reported immediately and compensated to the owners of B&B Casa Vista.
1.12 The owners may deny guests access to B&B Casa Vista with immediate effect, without prior notice or refund, if these Terms and Conditions are violated or in the case of inappropriate behavior.
1.13 The owner's administration is binding in case of disputes, unless guests can prove otherwise.
1.14 B&B Casa Vista reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. By using the website and facilities, you accept the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
1.15 Guests must comply with the House Rules (see separate document).
2. Rates
2.1 Prices are per room, per night, including breakfast for two people.
2.2 Rates include the use of water, electricity, and bath & bed linen. We are environmentally conscious and kindly ask you not to waste water and electricity unnecessarily.
2.3 Rates include VAT (or equivalent tax) as applicable at the time.
2.4 Rates do not include use of the honesty bar or additional services.
2.5 Rates exclude cancellation and travel insurance. We advise you to take out such insurance.
2.6 All rates are subject to change.
2.7 Booking and Confirmation
2.8 Booking confirmations may be given verbally, by phone (including text message), but must be confirmed in writing by email.
2.9 Upon receiving your direct booking request, B&B Casa Vista will send a confirmation and invoice (if space is available). The booking is final once payment is received within the specified payment term.
2.10 Our booking confirmations refer to these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment
3.1 Reservation and accommodation costs must be paid in advance according to the specified payment term.
3.2 The owners may deviate from these terms in consultation. Prices can be found on our website.
3.3 A deposit of 25% of the total room rate is required, stating your booking number. The booking is only confirmed after the deposit is received.
3.4 The remaining amount must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
3.5 If you book within 10 days of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.

3.7 Additional charges for use of the honesty bar or other services must be paid in cash before departure. Prices are listed at the honesty bar.
3.9 All other payments should be made in cash.
4. Cancellation and No-show
4.1 B&B Casa Vista is a small business. Cancellations at short notice significantly impact our occupancy and revenue. It is not guaranteed that we can rebook canceled dates.
4.2 To protect our business, we have established cancellation policies. However, we recommend contacting us if cancellation is necessary. Please email us at: info@bbcasavista.es
4.3 If you are unexpectedly unable to stay on the booked dates, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations must be made in writing or via email, stating your booking number.
Cancellation up to the 30th day before arrival: no fee, full refund.
Cancellation between the 29th and 10th day before arrival: 25% of the total stay.
Cancellation between the 10th and 1st day before arrival: 50% of the total stay.
No-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
4.4 We recommend that you take out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
5. Force Majeure
5.1 In the case of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, B&B Casa Vista is entitled to dissolve or suspend the agreement without the guest being entitled to any compensation.
5.2 Force majeure includes (but is not limited to):
Threat of war, war, uprising, strikes, boycotts, energy disruptions, transport disruptions, government measures, shortages of raw materials, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close relatives, or other situations that make fulfilling the agreement unreasonable.
Of course, we will do everything we can to provide you with alternative accommodation. If you choose not to accept it, we will refund your payment.
6. Liability
6.1 Casa Vista B&B is not liable for any damage suffered by guests or third parties as a result of their stay. Guests indemnify Casa Vista B&B against claims.
6.2 Casa Vista B&B is not liable for malfunctions in or around the accommodation, including utilities, construction work, or roadworks nearby. It is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
6.3 Casa Vista B&B is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or misconduct of the owners.
6.4 Liability is always limited to the maximum amount paid by the insurance company in the relevant case.
7. Damage
7.1 Guests must behave appropriately and follow reasonable usage instructions provided by the accommodation or owners.
7.2 The main guest is legally responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their fellow guests to the property or its contents.
7.3 Damages must be reported immediately to the owners. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
7.4 Loss of keys will incur all related replacement costs.
